ORDERS

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

Processing, manufacturing, shipping, and delivery estimates are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Custom, made-to-order, oversized, freight, or temporarily unavailable products may require additional time.

BXG Sims is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, manufacturers, suppliers, weather, natural disasters, transportation disruptions, incorrect customer information, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Customers should inspect shipments promptly upon delivery and report damaged, missing, defective, or incorrect items as soon as possible.
